OSSC CGLRE Specialist Recruitment 2025: 199 Post, Apply Online

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission has released the official notification for Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (Specialist Posts) 2025. The recruitment drive will fill 199 Group-B and Group-C specialist vacancies in different departments of the Odisha Government.

Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of OSSC from June 9, 2026. The last date for submission of the online application form is July 11, 2026.

Educational Qualification

Food Safety Officer

Candidates must have Degree/Master Degree/Doctorate in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry or related fields. Computer knowledge is also required.

Senior Economic Investigator

Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, Geography, Business Administration, Computer Science or IT with computer knowledge.

Senior Cost Assistant

ICWAI (Inter) or ICMAI (Inter).

Inspector of Legal Metrology & Laboratory Assistant

Graduate in Science with Physics or Degree/Diploma in Engineering with three years experience.

Computer Programmer

B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/Electronics & Telecommunication or MCA.

Graphic Designer & Scribe

Degree in Fine Art/Visual Art with computer application knowledge.

Librarian Posts

B.Lib/M.Lib/BLIS/MLIS with 50% marks.

Statistical Assistant

Bachelor Degree with Honours in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics or Commerce with computer knowledge.Bachelor Degree with Honours in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics or Commerce with computer knowledge.

Junior Laboratory Assistant

Bachelor Degree in Science with Chemistry subject.

Assistant Embankment Inspector & Laboratory Assistant

Selection Process:

The recruitment process has three stages:

2-Main Written Examination
3-Certificate Verification

Some posts also require a Computer Skill Test.
