Newly appointed Chairperson of the Assembly Public Accounts Committee and BJD Chief Whip Pramila Mallik met the Speaker and advised him to highlight public issues, especially concerns of mothers.
Pramila Mallik met Speaker Shri Naveen_Odisha soon after her appointment as Chairperson of the Assembly Public Accounts Committee and BJD Chief Whip.During the meeting, Smt. Pramila Mallik advised the Speaker to bring the problems of the people to the government’s attention. She gave special importance to issues faced by mothers. She also asked the Speaker to amplify everyone’s voice in the Assembly.
Pramila Mallik holds two key positions now. She is the newly appointed Chairperson of the Assembly Public Accounts Committee. She is also the BJD Chief Whip. Her meeting with the Speaker focused on better representation of public concerns.She stressed the need to highlight everyday problems.
